Cuisine Paradise is a blogspace where you are able to discover some of my self concocts cuisine, bakes as well as other interesting recipes, sharing of kitchen tools and tips and also reviews of restaurants, café and local Singapore hawker food hunting.As the sole writer of Cuisine Paradise, I am always passionate about food in the way they prepared and served. And apart from concocts the dishes and bakes, I also enjoy taking pictures to record the making process and the final products.
Before I returned to the workforce, I used to be a full-time stay at home mum when I started blogging in 2004, mainly to record my son's growing-up journal online @ Reyon's Childhood Journal to share with friends and relatives. In 2005, I started my very first recipe blog(cuisine paradise), and it’s really fun and fulfilling where I get to know some really good pals through exchanging cooking and baking tips. Now that I am a full-time working mum, I still try my best to allocate some of my weekends time to whip-up some homecook dishes or baked some special treats for family and friends.
From the menu panel, you will notice that actually I have a few sub-blogs that combined together to form Cuisine Paradise.
~ Cuisine Paradise this is the main blog where I used to published all the posts before I sub-divided the blogs. It consists of different varieties of Western and Asian cuisine and the best category which I received most feedback is under Homecook Soups.
~ Tea-Time Delights which consists of all kind of Western and Asian tea-time snacks, cakes, kueh, homemade dessert, and also Bento meals for my dear son.
~ Kitchen Tools & Tips showcase the kitchen gadgets that I have in my kitchen pantry as well as some useful kitchen tips and ingredients used.
~ Recipe Index list down all the categories of Cuisines & Bakes that I have tried and tested.
~ Photo Gallery consists of some of my collection of Homecook Dishes and Bakes along the year of blogging.
~ Shop, Eat & Travel is a new blog(started in July 2009) which features on food review on the places that we had dine in. Other than food, I will also share about things that I shop, places of interests in Singapore as well as countries that we went to…….
~ E-Ramblings record my walk on thoughts and personal experience with God’s gracious after I my salvation on 19th October 2006 when I accepted Jesus Christ as my saviour.
